Supported by the Community Investment and Inclusion Fund (CIIF) and launched in April 2022, this project adopts a “Community-Welfare-Business-Medical” cross-sectoral collaborative model. By leveraging diverse partner strengths, the club caters to individuals between 50 and 75 years old in the Lam Tin district., encouraging them to form a mutual aid network, incorporating the concepts of a “Time Bank”. Through partnerships with local businesses and organisations of different sectors, the “Light Coin Bank” system was set up to encourage volunteer participation while fostering a district-wide culture of mutual aid and benefit.
