Process

Application Information and Process

1. In-Person Application：

Visit our school to collect an “Application for Admission Form” or download it from our website. Please review our admission guidelines carefully. Submit the completed application and the supporting documents to our school office in person. Postal applications are not accepted:

HK$40 processing fee (cash only)
A copy of your child’s birth certificate
A copy of your child’s immunisation record
One recent passport photo of the applicant
Three self-addressed envelopes with sufficient postage; please mark envelopes with the applicant’s name and address.

2. Online Application：(https://fcbclns.cloudoase.com/zh)

Please transfer the HK$40 application fee to the school’s HSBC account: 595-014812-001.
Prepare digital copies of your child’s Birth Certificate, a Recent Passport Photo, and the Proof of Fee Payment (accepted formats: jpeg, jpg, png, pdf; maximum 10MB per file).
Complete and submit the “Online Application Form”.
Upon successful submission, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check both your inbox and spam folders.
We will contact you separately via email regarding interview arrangements and additional documentation requirements.

Pre-Nursery (N1)

2025-2026 Academic Year

The monthly tuition fee is HK$1,757, and the monthly meal fee is HK$497, bringing the total monthly cost to HK$2,254.

* Eligible pre-nursery (N1) class students may apply for the government’s Child Care Centre Parent Subsidy (CCCPS).

K1 to K3 Classes

Under the “Free Quality Kindergarten Education Scheme” for the 2025-2026 school year, the monthly tuition fee is HK$240, and the monthly meal fee is HK$374, bringing the total monthly cost to HK$614.

*All fees for the 2025-2026 school year (from September 2025 - August 2026) are approved by the EDB’s Joint Office for Kindergartens and Child-Care Centres.

*Eligible K1-K3 families may apply online for fee remission through the WFSFAA’s Student Finance Office.

Student Withdrawal Policy:

Parents may withdraw their child by providing the school with one month’s written notice. If less than one month’s notice is given, a payment of one month’s fees in lieu of notice will be required.

Admission Criteria:

1.Interview performance

2.Applicants with sibling(s) currently studying in the school would be given priority consideration.

3.Applicants from families in need would be given priority consideration.

(As the school capacity is limited, please understand not all applicants who fulfill the priority

consideration will be guaranteed admission)

Arrangements for School-based Interview:

1. The school will arrange interviews for all applicants

2. The interview will be conducted in 1 November 2025. We will notify related details through email.

3.Interviews will be arranged individually.

4.Applicants should be accompanied by their parents for the interview.

5.If any interpretation/ translation service is needed, please contact us at 2641 6338.

Admission Application and Interview Arrangements for Non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) Children:

1.Interpretation/ translation services can be provided by the school during the interview if necessary. Applicants are allowed to be accompanied by a Chinese-speaking relative/ friend to facilitate communication during the interview.
