Joy in Pain: A Multidisciplinary Mind-Body Support Project for Caregivers
This program integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with exercise based interventions, supported by professionals, to holistically address caregivers' chronic pain (physical, psychological, social, spiritual). It cultivates positive emotional resilience, sustainable exercise habits, and pain self-management skills, empowering caregivers to "joy in pain ' thereby improving the quality of life for both caregivers and the elderly.

Intervention Strategies

1) Exercise Orientation
2) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. By addressing both physical and mental health simultaneously, this dual approach is believed to help enhance the quality of life for caregivers and the elderly.
